New-Luer Check Valve Range
This valve forms part of our new -7 component range and is 80369-7 compliant. The new ISO 80369 series of standards aims to minimise misconnections between small-bore connectors of different functional categories. This component group is available in ABS material with a range of connection options.

Duckbill check valves are unique, single-piece elastomeric components which act as backflow prevention devices, one way valves or check valves. The main advantage of duckbill valves are their self-contained design. The critical sealing function is an integral part of this one piece elastomeric component.
Usually open, a self-centering flexible elastomer disc is the working part of this diaphragm check valve. The valve body keeps the disk centred over the seating area or sealing surface of the valve. Available in Polypropylene and Polysulfone this is a highly utilised component in our range.
The umbrella valve will enable the flow through in one direction with the check valve function in the other direction. The opening of the valve will work under a specific range of pressures. These pressures will be predefined and selected to suit your application.
The diaphragm check valve type is nearly always closed. It relies on a formed elastomer shape sealing against a surface in the flow path. This has enoughstiction to overcome backflow pressure existing within the system.
Our range of poppet check valves offers many body materials, seal materials, connection types and cracking pressures. Please note: the poppet check valve style is designed most often to operate closed.
